Account Deletion

If you no longer want to use Contact Vault, you can request the deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it.

Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your account and associated data stored by Contact Vault, subject to data that we may be required to retain for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When an account deletion request is processed, Contact Vault may permanently delete information associated with your account, including:

• Your Contact Vault account
• Your account profile information
• Cloud-stored contact-related data associated with your account
• Application preferences associated with your account

Information stored locally on your device may require you to remove it separately by uninstalling the application or clearing the application's local data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Contact Vault account, email us directly at abdouabarchia@gmail.com.

Please include the email address associated with your Contact Vault account so that we can identify the account and process the request.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable period. You may receive a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

Important Information

Deleting your Contact Vault account may be permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you have exported or backed up any information you want to keep before requesting deletion.
