Delete Your Factura Pro Account
You can request account deletion at any time. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and how to submit a request.
How to Delete Your Account
- 1Open the app and go to Settings.
- 2Scroll to the Account section.
- 3Tap Delete Account or Contact Support for deletion.
- 4Confirm your request if asked.
What Will Be Deleted
- Cloud account profile
- Cloud-synced invoices and related data
- Cloud-stored settings and preferences
- Server-side coin balance, if applicable
What May Be Kept
- Local data stored only on your device, unless you remove it manually
- Data required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution
Request Deletion
