If you no longer want to use Plannora, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Plannora Account

To delete your account directly from the Plannora application:

1. Open the Plannora application.
2. Sign in to your Plannora account.
3. Open your Profile or Settings.
4. Open the Account section.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Read the deletion information carefully.
7. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
8. Complete any security confirmation requested by Plannora.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your Plannora account and the personal data associated with it, subject to applicable legal or technical retention requirements.

This may include data such as:

• Your Plannora profile
• Your tasks
• Your projects
• Your calendar events
• Your habits and habit history
• Your goals
• Your routines
• Your reminders
• Your tags
• Your templates
• Your productivity settings
• Your application-specific activity data
• Your Plannora coins and associated account data

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period when required by law, security requirements, fraud prevention, accounting requirements, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal obligations.

Such information will be retained only for the period necessary for the applicable purpose and will be handled according to applicable requirements.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Deleting your Plannora account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple or Google.

If you have an active subscription, you should manage or cancel it through the store where the subscription was purchased.

Unable to Access Your Account?

If you cannot access your Plannora account and need assistance with account deletion, email us directly at abdouabarchia@gmail.com.

For security reasons, we may need to verify that you are authorized to request deletion of the account.

Important Information

Account deletion is permanent. Once your eligible Plannora data has been deleted, it may not be possible to restore your tasks, projects, habits, goals, events, routines, or other productivity information.
