Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Flowze account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app. This action is irreversible — all your data will be erased and cannot be recovered.
Before you delete
Consider exporting your data first (Settings → Export Data). Once deleted, your expenses, budgets, and all history cannot be recovered by Flowze or by you.
How to delete your account
Open Flowze on your device
Launch the Flowze app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
Go to Settings
Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar (the gear icon, rightmost tab). Scroll to the bottom of the settings list.
Tap 'Delete Account'
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm your decision with a final prompt.
Confirm deletion
Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field and tap the red "Delete my account" button. Your account and all data will be permanently erased.
What data is deleted
Deletion is processed immediately. Firebase authentication records are removed within 24 hours. Firestore data is purged within 30 days per Google's data retention policies.

Can not access the app?
If you no longer have access to your device or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by email. Include the email address associated with your Flowze account and we will process the request within 7 business days.
